As usual, the Congress Committee has chosen a wide range of topics, covering the entire field of Mechanics, to be the subjects of PreNominated Sessions (PNS). We have been asked to co-chair the PNS Magnetohydrodynamics, and it is thus our pleasant duty to encourage acknowledged experts in this field to contribute to the Congress.\nAccordingly, we write to encourage you to submit a paper, to be presented in either a Lecture Session (occupying a 20-minute slot, including discussion) or a Seminar Presentation Session (a 5-minute presentation slot plus the opportunity to display a poster).
