      Dear Colleagues,<\/p>\n

      we would like make a second announcement of PAMIR 2016 (see attached flyer<\/a>).<\/p>\n

      The chairmen and co-chairmen of the next PAMIR strongly\u00a0 encourage to submit papers to the PAMIR 2016 conference that\u00a0 will be held in Cagliari (Sardinia-Italy) from 20th\u00a0<\/sup> to 24th<\/sup> of June, 2016.<\/p>\n

      Accepted papers will be published in the conference\u00a0 proceedings if at least one author is\u00a0 registered and if the\u00a0 paper is presented at the conference.<\/p>\n

        \nMODELS IN MHD AT THE 2016 ECCOMAS CONGRESS<\/strong><\/p>\n

        The program of the 2016 congress of the ECCOMAS (European\u00a0 Congress on Computational Methods in Applied Sciences and\u00a0 Engineering) includes a minisymposium on Computational Methods in Magnetohydrodynamics (see http:\/\/www.eccomas2016.org\/content\/accepted-minisymposia#600-interdisciplinary-coupled-and-contact-problems<\/a>).<\/p>\n

        The focus of the minisymposium is on the computational\u00a0 challenges in modeling MHD flows. All areas of MHD are covered\u00a0 including but not limited to: models of MHD turbulence,\u00a0 methods for flows at high Hartmann numbers, numerical analysis\u00a0 of MHD effects in astro- and geophysics, MHD instabilities and magnetoconvection.<\/p>\n

        The congress is on June 5-10, 2015<\/b> on the island of\u00a0 Crete, Greece. The submission of abstracts is now open and\u00a0 will continue till November 29, 2015<\/b>.<\/p>\n
