It is the leading international conference<br \/>\nin its area, covering all aspects of computational physics. There will be a welcome reception and registration<br \/>\nopportunity in the evening of August 2nd (Sunday).<\/p>\n<p>There will be a social dinner on the evening of August 5th.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VISAS AND SUPPORT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Limited support is available for graduate students and participants from less<br \/>\neconomically developed countries. Support requests can be submitted as part of the<br \/>\nregistration process until May 15.<\/p>\n<p>Invitation letters for visa applications will be provided to registered<br \/>\nparticipants. For details on visa applications, please consult the sources mentioned<br \/>\non the conference website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACCOMMODATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Participants (apart from plenary speakers) are requested to arrange accommodation<br \/>\nindividually. There are a number of hotels nearby. Also, a limited number of<br \/>\ndiscounted accommodation options in the university residences is available. For<br \/>\ndetails please see the &#8216;travel&#8217; section of the conference website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CORONAVIRUS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The organizers are of course aware of the uncertainties surrounding the pandemic<br \/>\nspread of coronavirus, and we are monitoring the situation closely.\u00a0 Should it be<br \/>\nrequired to move or cancel the event, all registration fees will be fully<br \/>\nrefunded.
